How is Leave Salary Calculated under Kuwait Labor Law?

Article 70 of the Kuwait Labor Law No. 6/2010 gives all private-sector employees the right to collect cash payment for unused annual leave upon termination. Even if you resign, you are legally entitled to receive cash compensation for your accrued but unused leave balance.
